Creating Lead Time & Patenting Models to monitor and improve the manufacturing cycles
FIAT Chrysler Argentina (FCA) is an automobile factory based in Córdoba, Argentina, currently part of the Stellantis Group, with industrial operations in more than 30 countries. As part of the Sustainability Program developed by FCA, the development of two interrelated models was required, Lead Time and Patenting Models. These models allow the provision of key indicators in the FCA production line to monitor and improve the manufacturing cycle, and meet the planned objectives of Lead Time, and increase the percentage of Patenting carried out by each associated dealer, reducing the cost of the stock.
